Brief de Design de Flyer

Our business deals with residential and commercial property management. We have commercial tenants willing to offer deals to our residential tenants. We want a very nice looking card stock where I can add (later) each specific deal/incentive. The template attached has two options but feel free to come up with what you think looks best. We need or logo and possibly this simple phrase as the title,

"Welcome to the Smoot Community!" OR "Join the Smoot Community"

This is optional, use discretion on what is should say:

"Every member of Smoot Commercial is important to us, be a part of our community and explore your neighborhood."

www.smootcommercial.com can give you a feel for our look and image. I was thinking of maybe a red & black color scheme.

***Each slot for the deal should be blank so I can add and change each deal later. These are going to be cut out so maybe the "-----" lines around the deals would look good. Thanks!!
