Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new boutique - clothing, decor and gift shop in Lubbock TX. Think urban loft meets cowboy ranch hand. The Lucky Ladle is the hair brained idea of incorporating art, style, and fashion, with giving back to my community. A ladle to serve. I would like a ladle integrated into my logo (maybe in the "y" of Lucky?), that can then be my trademark and used alone to represent us on merchandise, packaging, stickers, etc. As the Ladle's motto entails: Clothing, Gifts, and More made with: A dash of Style, A tad Rock 'n roll, A hint of Class, & A lot of Soul. Mixed with Love, Baked with Care, Serves Everyone. I know it's not a lot to go on, but thanks for your help!
