Brief de Design de Logo

Need High tech look & feel. The company will be a Microsoft Partner reselling Microsoft Cloud Software and supporting Services.
Would be good to have the logo highlight the meaning of the Company name (Lookup Covalent Bond in Wikipedia for reference). This will be symobolic of the relationship Covalence will have with it's customers.
Colours should allude to the relationship with microsoft. Look at dynamics.com website for the pallette. Microsoft dynamics logo at the top left of this site are the colours preferred. In fact the style of this logo is appealing to us.
