Brief de Design Graphique

We need a simple graphic / banner for a blog post that's going to be posted on a large publication (like TechCrunch, Harvard Business Review).

The article will be written by Alec Lynch (DesignCrowd's CEO) and the title will be "Why Websites Will Become the Biggest Employers in the World". The article is about why online employers (like DesignCrowd and Crowdflower) will one day have more 'workers' than offline employers.

We'd really like to get this ASAP - so early submissions encouraged. We will try and get the winning designer linked to from the article.

Note that this brief is similar to a previous project that we ran http://jobs.designcrowd.com/job.aspx?id=69689 where the article and design was published on TechCrunch http://techcrunch.com/2012/12/08/asias-secret-crowdsourcing-boom/ and the designer (Sherlynn) was linked to from TechCrunch.

• The graphic SHOULD have:
  1) Have the text "Why Websites Will Become the Biggest Employers in the World" with some nice design and fonts (consider grey subtle pattern background and white drop shadow on fonts) - see attached examples
  2) Have the dimensions 640px wide by 240px wide

Bien d'avoir

• The graphic COULD have:
  
  1) Incorporate the following words in the background (like a word cloud): crowdsource, microtask, crowdfund, witkey, outsource, freelance, online, work from home
  
  OR
  
  2) Incorporate logos of new online employers (Crowdflower, oDesk, DesignCrowd, TaskRabbit, Zhubahjie, MechanicalTurk, Shutterstock) into the design. If the background of the graphic is grey, ideally, these logos would also be greyscale i.e. they should form a background motif.
  
  OR
  
  3) Show some graphic communicating themes from the article e.g. laptop, globe, workers, connections across the globe
  
  OR
  
  4) Have a second line of text "Why Crowdsourcing Websites Will Overtake Traditional Employers"
