The current budget suffices for homepge psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Hi Jason,

Please give some feedback on submitted designs. Don't be unresponsive. It makes your project boring for designers to participate when no one receives feedback. So, Participation will be less in your project.
