Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a cake decorating business based in the Highlands of Scotland. I want my logo to depict class and elegance. It is my aim to create high end cakes, focusing on wedding and celebration cakes. I do not intend to be making novelty cakes although I may consider that in future. I would like the logo to contain celtic knot work or another Scottish theme and an indication, either obviously or subtly, that the company involves baking and/or cakes. I am open to various colours but have thought about grey/cream/lilac.
