Brief de Design de Logo

I just acquired a new url and would like to take my real estate company in a new direction. The url is destinationoconeesc.com My current web page is at coolmountainescapes.com and is an active page. I need a brand, colors, sexy font etc to go with the new url. I am a boutique company, one sales person and 3 support staff. I am moving toward having 3 sales people after Jan 1.

Can we take the stone wall picture...add destination oconee sc to the rock wall. Blurr the trees and water fall to make it stand out. 2nd option is to take the sunset pciture and add the url to it. This is going to be across the board, so it must work on business cards, postcards and bill board signs. No cursive fonts.
