Brief de Design de Logo

Hi. We require a logo refresh for our established company Crystal Clear Products. The company is based in Essex - UK. We manufacture and distribute highly purified water for dental and pharmaceutical uses throughout the UK. We are in the transition process of selling our drinking water side of the business (a water cooler service) which shares the same design logo and branding concept. Our new owners wish to keep the brand which is well known as Crystal Clear Coolers. The new refreshed crystal clear products logo will we help our customers new and present identify that the two companies are no longer part of the same Force. As you can see there is some conflict as the names are very similar. The new redesigned crystal clear products logo should be modern, clean and fit with a company that manufactures pharmaceutical grade products - we are not necessarily looking for an icon to go with the our new logo – we obviously can’t keep the existing icon which symbolises packaged water - because the new owners of crystal clear coolers love the branding and keep all this. I am open to ideas to a logo or symbol- but feel your customising time and effort might be well spent looking ideas for a twist / design into the actual crystal clear products text somehow. We are looking to explore some new colours as this could also help to separate us from our old company. I hope this all makes sense.Both original logos are attached to help make sense of it. I look forward to choosing and developing a new design with you.
