Brief de Design de Brochure

We are a growing real estate fund and we want to show new investors the properties we currently own. There are 4 pictures with descriptions. Also there are quotes and notes regarding the fund throughout the flyer also. The main purpose is to attract new investors to the fund. Pictures are attached. The text in the example needs to be the same on the new design. There are 4 properties. The example only has 3. But Pic titled 204NJones needs to have this text also:

The Franklin Apartments consist of 20 units. They are located in downtown Liberty, Missouri, adjacent to the Historic Downtown Square. This convenient location is close to City and County offices, shopping, restaurants, and employment centers. Franklin Apartments are only blocks from William Jewell College. Liberty is a rapidly growing suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. It is a progressive city with expanding business development and new industry. Located just a few miles north of the Missouri River on Interstate I-35, it is among the largest and fastest growing suburbs in the area. Major employers in Liberty include the Hallmark distribution and operations headquarters for Ferrellgas.
