Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for holding company that holds all my companies, Gentleman & Sinners is the name of the holding company. Should be a ying and yang type thing, opposites of each other, nothing to morbid or anything but a nice balance between a Gentlemen & Sinner. Please include under the logo - "No Excuses, No Regrets". Maybe we can do a gentlemen with a top hat, and he just pulled off a sinners mask, as it like a 2 face and opposite of each other........................................................................................................................................
