Brief de Web Design

We need a web design for our new Marquee Hire Co here in New Zealand called Awesome Marquees.
We rather like the retro look, as it fit very well with the current trends in weddings that is a more of a retro look (and we had our logo designed to reflect that!). The 50's and 60's wedding styles are really making a comeback. We would like to communicate to that market effectively.

The Home page should have a slider image with space for a headline on it. It is a visual product we have (but we are selling that dream of a perfect wedding/party/event).

Our competition here have a really nice site that you could look at - www.utterly.co.nz

The other pages would have space for a picture, and then a blurb under each element related to it.
We will have a FAQ, Gallery, Hire and Contact us pages - we will add them as we go along.

From a technical perspective, we are using Joomla 2.5 and upwards.
