Brief de Design de Poster

I need a poster for a Christmas music and dance show styled after the Radio City Rockettes. Attached are samples of posters for previous years. I like the font style and colors of the blue one. The design should contain an ornament design with dancers dancing on it. The dancers should be cartoon style, not photo real. A sample is attached.
The poster MUST contain the TexARTS logo, sponsor logos, the dates (December 12-13, 2015), the location (Kam & James Morris Theatre, 2300 Lohmans Spur, Lakeway, TX), TexARTS contact info (www.tex-arts.org and 512-852-9079 ext 101), and "Directed and Choreographed by Darren Gibson."
Logos are all attached. Finalized files needed in sizes: 12x18, 4x6, and 30x48 inches.
