Brief de Design de Logo

We are in the process of creating a new division at Venterra Realty and need a new logo. Currently, "Venterra Realty's" logo is "Venterra Realty" found here: http://venterraliving.com/ but we want to create a "Venterra Living" logo.

Venterra is a property management company that owns and manages apartment communities across the southeast United States.

The new "Venterra Living" logo's colors do not necessarily have to compliment the website as we are looking at updating the website anyway. Because we will likely need the logo to go on several different backgrounds, we will want to be able to change the color of the text anyway, so don't worry too much about color. Note: we have been using a lot of red lately, but don't restrict yourself to this.

We are open to any ideas. Legibility of the text is important and I am anxious to see what creative ways the text can be displayed. We may or may not keep the cursive "V" so your design could include that or not. I'd love to see options with and without the cursive "V".
