where this label will be used?

I'd love to give this a go, but I have a few questions before getting started.
This project is a label layout that you will be physically printing and attaching to bottles you have chosen for your product, not just a logo design/brand name design, correct? If so, what measurements should it be in inches, and do you have any required information (bottle size, ingredients, etc) that should be included in the label?

Yes this is for a wine bottle vs a logo.

Wine label dimentions vary slightly. I've seen 3 1/2 x 3 1/2........4 1/2 x 4 1/2........3 x 4...... I'll leave it to your good judgement as the final size can be adjusted at a later time.

The bottle is a regular 750ml wine bottle........nothing fancy.

The ingredients also will be included at a later time. We're just looking for the basic logo right now.

Wine labels can be anywhere from 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 to whatever your imagination allows. The bottle is just a regular 750ml wine bottle with no special shape to it. We can always modify a design when we get to the next phase of the project.
