what you need to see is the cars parked on
empty area and some logos that you provided on New Monument?
do you need these same logos on building as well?

Yes, we need to show what this strip mall could like after we have renovated it.

We want to show it cleaned up, fully occupied (I included some logos of some of the businesses we would want to be in that center). The logos will need to be on the monument as well as the top of the building (i.e., over a particular unit). For example T Mobile will likely need to be on the end cap. There's no other specifics on the other stores.

Included in the file is a completed strip mall that looks cleaned up and renovated. We want it to look somewhat similar to that.

The cars parked there are okay to stay, this would give the feel of what it would look like when it's 100% occupied.

I started working on it...
I'm willing to make 4 pictures, 3 pics of the mall and parking lot, 1 pic of the new monument.

First i will upload 1 or 2, and if you like the quality and style then i will finish the remaining 2.
