Brief de Design de Logo

We need to update our logo. We find important discoveries and inventions in medical schools around the country (and some internationally), then build them into therapies that can help patients. Once they're in the clinic, we pass them on to larger companies and bring the next one forward. Our current logo is 5 "guitar picks", and that shape would be great to keep... but even that's not required. Current logo is uploaded - please pay no attention to the font (or rather, pick something better!)

• A professional look and feel, not too busy. When the look and feel slider asks "elegant or bold", I want to answer, "yes".

Bien d'avoir

• Use of negative space, some reference to our guitar pick shape from the current logo. Images/colors referencing medicine, invention, health, creativity, growth. Links/network/collaboration concepts are also highly relevant. You know what I've never seen done well? A modern/abstract rod of Asclepius. That might be cool...

• Too much going on, or anything irrelevant.
