Brief de Design de Panneau

Hi! We started a real estate company in Portland Oregon called Martin+Moore and are looking to create metal hanging yard signs for listed homes. For clarification, our parent company is Keller Williams Realty Professionals, and our team name is Martin+Moore...so we'll need both names on the sign (Martin+Moore) being prominent. Our goal is to stand out from the average blah of the corporate Keller Williams signage, showing that we are modern, sophisticated and high style. We specialize in downtown condos and urban neighborhoods. Our website might help too, www.martinandmoore.com . We like the idea of a vertical hanging sign vs horizontal. We also like the idea of the majority of the sign being a clean mix of grey, white and black. However we do need a banner of Red with Keller Williams Realty Professionals on it too.
