Brief de Design de Logo

I need a graphic designer to help bring my brand to life. The brand is Rocking Horse Photography - a local photography company specialising in photos of babies, children, families and pregnancy.
Specifically I need:
1) a logo (which features a Rocking Horse) (see attached mood board)
2) font recommendation for the company name to be written as part of the logo in horizontal or vertical formats (or used separately) (see attached mood board)
3) consideration of a colour palette for the logo - bearing in mind how it will be used (overlaid onto white and overlaid onto photography, and overlaid onto a background as used for web site, business card etc)
4) a background to the logo which can also be used as a backdrop to business cards, website pages etc

I have attached a more detailed written brief and a collection of reference images to act as a mood board.
