Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new pediatric practice. I chose the name Growth and Wellness because my initials are G.W., so I was thinking these first letters could be emphasized or perhaps my name (Gail Warner MD) could somehow fit into the logo. I am open to different design ideas, but I have considered something with footprints or handprints possibly associated with something growing like a tree. I want it to be bright, cheerful and fun since it's for a pediatric practice but not too cutesy since I will be treating teens as well. I am not set on any particular colors- my favorites are blue, green, purple but again I am open to different colors and designs.
