Brief de Web Design

I need a web design for my nutrition/fitness training business. The name of the business is LP Fitness. I sell fitness programs and do online personal training/nutritional coaching. What I promote right now is my 8 week program and i'm also coming out with a phase two 8 week program. I want to feature both, with paypal links that way people can buy it through my website. I want the website designed around my logo with a black background. And tabs for my program, a tab for an about me section, a tab for me to post a blog, and a tab for my client testimonials/transformations. I want it to be pretty simple and easy to navigate through.

• I made a mock design and put it in the images. I want my website front page to be focused on my logo (which I attached) and also the tabs shown like I have it. Also need a play under my 8 week program tab to let people purchase my separate programs with paypal. Under the blog I just need something that says "coming soon" on that page. And under the about me I attached a picture of my that I want (eating a donut lol) where I want to be able to put a bio next to it.
