Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage design with CSS coding only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Thanks for the invite. The project is not guaranteed and I avoid unguaranteed projects. Please guarantee the project otherwise you will not get the best designs.

I am not looking to have ecommerce on this site. We won't be billing anyone through the website so the pages should be fairly simple to create with just changing out the information on each page- ie. contact page, about page, list of items the company can do.

I will guarantee the project once I am able to verify some of the designers' portfolios. I did this in a rush yesterday to get the project started. Will look at your work as well. Thanks!

I've never used this site before so I am not confident in the designers just yet. I am researching further and if it seems legit, I will be happy to guarantee the project.

I just posted a png file. I do not have the written content completed because I was hoping someone would tell me what they need exactly. I will look for websites and get back to you but I really like the way our logo designer used the colors on the cards too that I posted.
