Brief de Web Design

We need a website mockup for a new project.

CharityFuel is a toolbar download that will donate a penny to your favorite charity for every search you perform. The website will be approximately 2-3 pages with the home page explaining the overall concept. One tab at the top will be FAQ's and other "Charities".

On the home page there needs to be a registration form that will collect Name, email, address, charity (from a pull down list of 20 charity names).

The site should be clean and neat with a very professional look and feel.

Once completed - the code will be given to the backend developer to implement.
