One thought leadership article that we used some graphics in was the finding Advantage in Uncertainty, so this I gave as an example....it works find however we are exploring other Frames / templates for further articles in the future, so I just gave that as an example, it should be professional, but somewhat subtle, maybe like the Harvard Business Review articles, but have some Color in them...

I looked at your design, nice idea yet I think it's a bit bold, too much middle Management for me....I did like your idea with the picutre up top, maybe we'll insert a Picture of me to remind Clients who wrote the artcle....the finding Advantage in uncertainly was one example of what we did in the past, I'd like to find a suitable Frame / template that we can just insert future thought leadership articles in.....and each artcle would have a different text and perhaps one or two specific visuals that reinforce the text Messages...
