Hi there,
I am starting a cocktail and spirits consulting company that will bounce back and forth between New York City and LA. You can see how I'm best known by looking at the web sites of my bars (www.ward3tribeca.com and www.edisonrunhouse.com) and looking under my name at www.seriouseats.com, to see what it is I'm all about. Please no moustaches or martini glasses. I named the company after myself in the same way that Montgomery Ward did, so I'm looking for that kind of log.
