Brief de Design de Logo

We are a hipster, urban American burger bar with a grunge, bold edge. The general feel should be urban, cool, with influence from 'Gangsta Rap' designs such as distressed bold sans serif fonts, etc. Illustrations that accompany the logo would also need to be at the same time cool and iconic.

We are looking for a strong logo that would be used extensively in our collaterals, as well as on the packaging of our food, retail items, t-shirts etc. Our restaurant interior will feature hip-hop influences, such as graffiti and bold stencils on the wall. The aim is to appeal more to adults between the ages of 20 - 40 who would appreciate the soul of the place, yet at the same time it has a very cool and badass feel about it.

• Hip-hop, gangsta rap influence in the font, but with a more urban, modern take on it.

Bien d'avoir

• Use of colours that are more urban and grunge, such as having the business card printed on brown kraft paper, with grey, black, rusty orange, and white as our key colours. We are open to suggestions of other colours to be featured in our corporate logo (such as red or yellow).
• The logo needs to look and feel hip, and must be suitable for our burger restaurant use.
• Preferably with an iconic image that becomes our logo identity (like how Starbucks has a siren in their logo, Five Points Sydney has an image of two knives, and Three Buns has an image of a dog as part of their logo).

• A generic, commercial, feel. Should not also come across looking too 'cute', or cartoonish.
