how do you upload a design, im new to this website and im having trouble

Hi Jovany ... I press a button labelled "Submit Your Design" and we are taken to a page which will allow you to browse to your jpg format design on your computer and upload it along with comments. Good Luck!

I did that but but it wont let me browse to my jpg formats for some reason
