Brief de Design Application

We're looking for design mockups of an Android “launcher” app. The style of the launcher is to be:

Dark (black background)
Sci-fi
Cyberpunk
Small amount of animation

Here is an example interface (not a mobile app, just an example) that shows the style we'd like to copy: http://nnkd.org/dexui/

1) The app will replace the standard Android homescreen with itself, and it needs to have the following features:

24hr Digital clock (hours:minutes:seconds)
Current date (year, month, day)
List of current notifications (SMS, tweets, phone calls, etc)
System stats (system memory, sdcard memory, battery level, wifi level, wifi ssid/name, bluetooth, GSM)
App shortcuts (text-only links)
Contacts shortcuts (text-only links, SMS and phone)

These features can be spread out across numerous desktops (think swipe right, swipe left).

2) Also required is a lock screen that the user has to swipe to unlock the phone. It needs to have a shorter summary of the time, date, stats as the homescreen does.

There is a lot of design flexibility so long as the main features mentioned and the style is followed.

We're particularly interested in designers who have portfolio work that is similar in style/feel to the sci-fi/cyberpunk we're looking for.
