what should be the size of banner??

what do you mean by html email? do you mean html website?

Just wanted to check couple of things - the size of the banner ? and also whether you'd need HTML ready or only PSD (design)

Also - where the banner is going to be placed? On your website, in email, where? Should it be made in Flash and contain action?
