Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a small electrical business. The logo should be professional in appearance and eye grabbing.
We are from the south and most of our work is in South Carolina and Georgia. we want to expand on the idea that we are proud of our southern heritage and that we want customers and potential clients to know that we are confident and are focused on the people and business at hand in the SC and Ga area.

Georgia is the peach state and SC is the palmetto state.
Georgia people love the bulldogs and SC is torn between Gamecocks and Tigers, There are lots of colors to choose from just those few thoughts.

We would like for our logo to be an icon,, one that the folks here would want to buy a shirt just to have the logo on it.

The company name is Georgia Carolina LLC
We do not have a slogan but are open to the designers input.
but it needs to include that we are electric contractors
Im not sure if the LLC has to be in there,

We are small but are capable of very large ptojects, we are heavy into military work and hospitality.
We are a full service company from the ground up including telecommunications fire alarms substation work etc.
