Brief de Design de Logo

I'm in need of a logo for a São Paulo-based salon specializing in Eyelash Extensions called 'lashbar'. This is a higher-end venture, directed towards a more selective clientele and offering an extremely high level of service.

The logo should have a sort of 'New York' minimalist vibe, but at the same time be youthful and vibrant. The design should reflect professionalism, but feel playful and fresh. It should have breaths of high-concept art and design, but remain accessible. Complex and simple. Slightly architectural?
