Brief de Design Illustration

I need an illustration design of a group of children. These are characters with big personalities. (I have samples of one's I like for inspiration attached. We will start with one, to get the foundation of design and then move onto the 4 additional characters.

Up first - Negative Nellie
Nellie is a very negative, doom and gloom adult in a child's body. This is an adult/kid who has an eeyore personality. She cannot see the good in anything. She is a whiner and a complainer in the workplace. She uses the words No. I can't. I won't. I have no luck. Bad things always happen to me.

Nellie walks around with her eyes looking at the ground, sullen with shrugged shoulders. A cloud follows her everywhere. She is an adult in a kids body.

I would like to see a design in Black and White, we will have you add color upon approval of best design.

The expression in the sample attached is along the lines I am looking for. I would like a character who is standing. Body Language is Key. She is ornery, argumentative, nothing "appears" to work in her favor. She is the one who calls you every day to tell you how awful her life is.

• great facial expression - the attached picture of (Mrs Doubtfire) has a facial expression that fits Negative Nellie. Caricature that is Adult in a kids body, with kid features.
• Body language is key. This caricature walks into a room and everyone knows she is negative and to be avoided. BUT this caricature does not know it.
• Clothes - put her in a Professional Pant Suit
• MAKE SURE SHE is a Kid IN Adult Clothes. Oversized clothes. Imagine a first grade child playing dress up BUT that child is an adult in the office.
