Brief de Design de T-shirt

The name of our club is "Wisely Surgical Association" and we are the surgery club at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. For our shirt we want to have a gloved and gowned surgeon with a surgical lamp shining over the top of him (surgeons name Dr. Wisely) with surgical tools in his hands (scalpel, needle driver, etc.) We would like to make half of his hands be in Xray form while the other half will be normal. The surgeon should be in the background with the foreground having the message "KEEP CALM and choose WISELY". The club was founded in 1986 and we would like that on the sleeve of the shirt. We also need to have one of the PCOM logos that we uploaded on the back of the shirt or incorporated to the design on the front of the shirt if done tastefully. We would really like to play on the idea of hands because these are what make surgeons special. These are just our rough ideas. Clearly we are not artist and this is why we turned to you but hopefully you can have some fun with these ideas and keep up our reputation on campus for having the coolest shirt!
