Brief de Design de Logo

We require a a logo for Aquia Town Center ("Aquia"). Aquia is a new, grocery-anchored shopping center that is currently being developed in Stafford County, Northern Virginia. Tenants at the center will include a national grocery chain, fast casual restaurants, fashion retail, entertainment and more. This logo will be used to help create the marketing brand of the center and will promote the center to a wide range of audiences including the local community, government and media as well as prospective tenants and investors. The logo and/or the colors of the text should connote either Aquia sandstone/the Aquia Quarry or the bay/water/nature.

• The project must either have a wordmark logo or have easy to read text with a clean, attractive picture logo. The picture logo should connote the Aquia sandstone/Aquia Quarry or the bay/water. Something connoting rock.stone may be good. The color scheme should also fit those themes and the colors should not be too flashy.
