Is payment guarnteed?

No it is not. I understand from reading through the initial sign up process that I may get more designs with a guarantee in place, however I couldn't justify the price for it when other contests showed results without it. I know a designer doesn't want to put in unneeded work, but I can not pay for a product unless I like it. If I was hiring someone one-on-one it may be different since I would have the chance to browse just their portfolio to know what type of work to expect.

The design just doesn't pop for me. I uploaded a bunch of other people's logos that I liked. I'm also not a fan of your colors. I don't like orange at all.
