Brief de Design de Brochure

I will create the verbiage for a 5 page business plan for a bourbon and music festival to be held at Oxmoor Farm in Louisville, Kentucky. This document will outline the plan to stage a festival. I have and will continue to edit the narrative used in the document. I just need the plan to be presented in a professional looking business plan with images that will convey the festival atmosphere I am looking to create. I have created a map of where I want to stage the festival but will probably need a better map showing where the festival will be held as well as pictures of Oxmoor Farm and other pictures that will describe the site and opportunity.
