Brief de Web Design

I want to take the existing logo, add a strapline to it and update the logo files. I then need to design powerpoint template and MS Word template for our collateral as well as 9cm x 5cm business card design for 5 people. I then want to design the website look and feel, and get whatever advice I can on coding it and next steps. Consistent message, innovation and technical ability are what I'm pushing. We are supplying Water Companies, Oil and Gas and Contractors with machinery and products to repair pipelines without digging up the ground, otherwise known as trenchless rehabilitation. I will need some help on content as well. one of our partners is www.rstechnik.com we need to include their products and can use their content. I will need the ability to add to the site , I think it is called CMS.
