Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for a startup company. We are planning to deliver helium balloons in the Johannesburg area.

Our initial thoughts is that we want the colours in the logo to be happy and bright. because you know balloons and parties are happy bright things. But because the South African market is still reluctant to shop online the logo must not be too frivolous because we want people to feel confident when they see it.

The target market for this site will be ladies aged from 23 up. Mostly stressed mothers with little time to waste.
