Also, please confirm this is only for homepage psd design only and not a completely developed website as the budget only covers the website homepage design cost.

Hello and thanks! 520neportcenter is a completed project we would like linked in some way. Yes we like it very much. Also the home page and any additional pages like the contact page should be laid out. This is slickly a PSD "story board" to have our team pick the one that like then take it to production.

There is really nothing like what we are after. That's why we did something here. We like the viedo intro for sure but over all we need a landing page. Yes we really like the new porter site and want that with a landing page to stop at.

I find this to be a potential interesting project to be part of.
If you don't mind, I do have some question.

The scope. What is your expectation within this budget? You seem to be looking for more than the homepage.
The development. Do you have a developer, or are looking for an agency that can design and develop the website?
The sales copy and public information. Is it possible for you to provide more details? You mentioned on the project brief that it´s a closed group of investor. I have to ask, how much information, if any, you want to provide publicly on the website about the company activities/investments.
