Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company called The Fearless Buck which will provide financial training to small business owners. The goal is to teach them easy-to-implement accounting systems - through the formats of online courses, cheat sheets, and checklists - so they can control the success of their business with an informed financial management process. Later, I will also be providing training to bookkeepers under the company name of The Fearless Bean. I would like to have an "initial logo" using the letters FB. Also, perhaps the words The Fearless Buck next to or under the initials? Then, I can have another iteration later that just changes Buck to Bean...same logo, just different word. I think the logo should be black...just thinking about making it pop on my website header later. But I am open to other colors, such as red, orange, or blue. Definitely not pink, yellow, or purple. 2 color design only please to save money in printing. I don't want the logo to be too fancy. I am going for confidence and clarity. One other thing...I am not looking for any reference to a male deer. Buck is intended to refer to a strong dollar, not a wild animal.
