Brief de Design de Brochure

Hi,
I write a lifestyle blog which centres around food, wine and travel. I send my media kit out to potential sponsors, PR companies and product representatives.

I need to make my media kit look gorgeous!
In the kit I would like to have active links to past stories and active social media buttons in the electronic copy.

I don't like how the images are distinct from the text and think perhaps an overlay may look ok with text over a more transparent image.

I like my logo and don't want that to change. I want the kit to look attractive, sophisticated and well branded to gourmet getaways.

I would also like to be able to take the media kit to the printers and have a nice glossy kit printed to hand local advertisers.

I have tried to include all the relevant information in the existing kit so a graphic designer can just put the necessary texts, tables and rate cards into and attractive and co-hesive document. I have included a selection of images which suit my website. Feel free to use as many or as few as you think the document requires. If you feel you would like to add a stock image than be my guest. I am interested it seeing a range of designs.

I am only a small blog and am only just breaking even at the moment. I am really hope this media kit makes me look more professional and impressive and enables me to attract a sponsored partnership.

I don't know what the going rate is for this kind of work so if my budget is too lean could you please tell me rather than ignore the job request.
