Brief de Web Design

Hello,

Our tutoring company Mathmobile Tutorials is launching a new program named 'After School Pick-Up Program'.
We would like a website created to showcase our new program.
Our current company page is: www.mathmobile.org
The new program webpage can have a link on the current company page that takes you to the new program webpage. We are open to ideas in regards to this. I would like the new program page to have the following:
-student online registration
-a way for parents to schedule their calendar days for the program
-a way for parents to pay (pricing is $45 a day or $745 per month)


The web content will be similar to this: http://learningtreeafterschool.com/

I personally did not like their website and I prefer a modern, sleek, structured, eye catchy design.

We need the website fairly quickly.
