Brief de Design de Catalogue

We have drafted a strategic plan for the Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) and we need this designed so it is well presented and a striking document for the membership to refer to. The plan will be a reference document for the next four years for the APC.

There are no clear brand guidelines for the APC however the three colours of the logo are prominent and most often used throughout the Paralympic Movement (see www.asianparalympic.org). There seems to be no high res version of the APC logo although have attached a high res versions of the IPC logo (International Paralympic Committee) and the APC logo may be constructed from this, however will continue to search for a high res version of the logo.

There are a number of images included and most of these have copywrite info included in the metadata and all images need to be provided image credits based on the copywrite. These can either be included with each image or referenced on the back inside cover page. Note, not all images need to be used however the group photo from the APC Gathering should be included, some images may not be suitable for print given their size and there should be more images used of summer sports rather than winter/snow sports.

A diagram has been drafted to describe the various areas of the plan however this diagram can be reworked with other shapes, colours, etc as long as the overall concept is not lost.

The text in the Word document includes numbering for each paragraph and this should not be included in the design layout. The text really needs to be placed in its context with the Vision Statement being very prominent and each section being clearly separated. A reference may be the IPC Strategic Plan (http://www.paralympic.org/sites/default/files/document/150619133600866_2015_06+IPC+Strategic+Plan+2015-2018_Digital.pdf). There should also be a page at the front of the document for a President Welcome message which will be drafted later.

The Winning files should be provided as InDesign files with all source references. The Concept diagram should also be provided as a source file such as a layered .ai file.
