Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new dental practice in the Tri-Valley area of the San Francisco East Bay. The practice name is Tri-Valley Aesthetic Dentistry. The practice is starting up from scratch but is a reiteration of an old practice down south. I have a logo graphic that I want to incorporate into the new logo somehow or the have it reworked into the new logo.
