Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo design for our company 'Corology'. We are an organizational development company focused on developing people by providing feedback on how they are performing within their teams and provide individualized coaching. We do this by starting with a 360 review (mutli-rater review) based on 5 key elements. We take the results of the surveys and create an individualized coaching around any extreme results (like someone being too blunt for example). Then the employee creates a individual development plan to shift their behavior just a little, which usually makes a big difference.

Corology means: The study of the innermost thing.
It is a combination of the latin word Cor and Greek word Ology

We want to convey: Development, connection, trust, feedback, culture
