Need a typography centric logo designed for a luxury community in a warm climate. Easy to read. Logo spot or graphic can be incorporated, but it should be clean, simple design and work in b/w medium. Community is eco friendly and sustainable.

Nothing too edgy. Needs to have a feminine appeal. Not hard, abrupt or ridgid.
