Brief de Design de Logo

Create a new logo for my company, i join the actual logo, the problem with this logo is that is to big for some document or profile picture on social media. if a had a new one with 2 version, one that is more squared and that i can use on social media , and a version with a format similar to the one i actually have.

our company is doing industrial automation, and we are working with the latest technology, so we want a logo representing the dynamism of our company, and the one I’m using is too classic.
