Brief de Design de T-shirt

We are a group of sociologists who share the same beloved mentor, and would like T-shirts that reflect our admiration for him in a quirky way. His name is Stefan Timmermans, and we call ourselves the "Timmermaniacs" We'd like the logo to be quirky, and involve sort of a mad scientist feel, but more quirky and indie-cool than actually scary. We'd like it to involve an outline of Stefan Timmermans' head/hair (see photo below) with the words, 'The Timmermaniacs.' It could almost be mistaken for a band shirt. The outline could be in something that looks like line drawing form. I'm thinking colors like chocolate brown and orange, but I'm open to other ideas. He also wears glasses with bright frames, like red and light blue. It also might have some writing on the back of the shirt.
