Brief de Design de Brochure

Im looking for a brochure to be designed. I am happy for the designer to be creative with it. Please use the colors from my logo and you can look at my website www.inspiritedsolutions.com to get a feel. I will provide all the wording. Its aimed at small business owners and i want it to give off the vibe of professional and experienced.
The text logo and a photo of me is attached. Please edit the photo of me to make me look slimmer!
If you want to change text because you can make it sound better please go ahead. use my website to see if there is any other information in it that would make the brochure better or more credible/convincing.
I am open to ideas, lay out and how many pages it should be or if it should be double sided. I need one i can email and one i can print. Maybe use the sentence "Turn your business around now as the point which jumps out the most".
