Brief de Design de Logo

Design a Logo for new corporation. We are a partnership of three brothers venturing into business in Property Service. We are looking to design a strong logo encasing our Legacy as brothers with a majestic design that will give us the wow factor. We will be a Toronto based company that and we are all born and raised in Toronto, we have established relationships over the past 30 years along with knowledge that has brought us together as one unit which has been a family dream for a very long time. We are planning to enter the market slow and strong starting with pressure washing, graffiti removal and office cleaning, we feel that this will present opportunities to branch out after the first year. Our logo brand we would like to see it long lasting with perhaps a slight revision after we enter the next two levels which may take 3 years but definitely keeping the same overall look intact. The company name is: LEGACY COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SERVICES INC. 'Legacy' will be the feature word and the rest will have to be included within in smaller font size, the business card will be Black matt colour back ground main colour.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• Toronto Skyline, weather that will form part of the logo or part of the card is not been determined however it must be somehow included .The skyline will be like a silhouette, however I do prefer having the skyline form part of the overall card rather than just in the logo.
• The word Legacy must stand out from the rest, we were thinking having it in gold or yellow gold., the remainder of the words can be of a different or similar colour but not the same colour. We also must have a green Maple leaf somehow come out of the letter "Y" either extending the Y into a branch with a leaf? we would like to incorporate the 'Green" environment and the Canadian company with the maple leaf.The overall Logo must be bold and strong.

• Different types of skylines to choose from, the skyline would be nice to have the waterfront somehow evident, we all love the water and all the sports that come with it.
