Brief de Web Design

We need a web design for a new company based in Evergreen, Colorado (the greater Denver Metro area) called "Wired Sherpa". We are a full service Digital Marketing Agency that offers and provides the following services to clients: Website Design, Search Engine Optimization, Google My Business, Local Online Directories, Reputation Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, Pay Per Click. Our slogan is "Digital Marketing, Elevated!" We want a WordPress web design that has a very modern look. We would like to see designs use the following colors (included color code):

light blue (#0cb9ea)
orange (#f47528)
white (#ffffff)
black (#000000).

These colors coincide with the colors of our logo (attached). We prefer a flat design but would like some elements of depth. We need a header that includes a logo (attached), name/address/phone number of our company, a contact call-to-action button (these need to be very easy to locate on the page), menu bar, and banner (very flexible to set up of banner).. The footer needs to include logo, NAP, Footer Menu, Section for blogs (includes title of blog that links to post), & copyright. We also need a way to prominently display and link our key featured services (Website Design, Search Engine Optimization, Google My Business, Local Online Directories, Reputation Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing, Pay Per Click).

Here are three websites that we really like and would like to see certain elements incorporated:

1. http://ridgetopmarketing.com/ (like how the services were laid out on the home page for services -- "Features" section... want to follow this same type of idea, just in our own way).
2. http://bellroy.com/ (love the modern, visual aspect of this site and how professionally clean it is.... very easy to understand and navigate through).
3. http://sidigital.co/ (like how this site incorporates interactive features that engage people while visiting the site).

The overall goal of the site is to effectively emphasize the services we provide (see above), who we are, and how to contact us for services.
